We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Duty Manager to join our Clients leadership team at a stunning 4-star hotel.

Responsibilities :
- Act as the manager on duty, overseeing daily operations across F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Conference & Banqueting functions.
- Support the Food & Beverage service teams in bars, restaurant and event spaces, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times.
- Oversee & support aspects of conference and banqueting operations, including room setups, turnarounds, and liaising with the sales and events teams to ensure client specifications are met.
- Conduct detailed checks of event spaces, ensuring room layouts, equipment, and service standards meet hotel and guest expectations.
- Respond promptly to guest issues or service disruptions, resolving them efficiently to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Front Office, Restaurant, and Bar teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery across departments.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing laws, and hotel policies at all times.
- Conduct shift briefings where necessary, manage handovers, and maintain effective communication logs.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a duty manager role in a 4-star or higher hotel.
- Strong background in Food & Beverage, including restaurant, bar, and event operations.
- Proven Conference & Banqueting experience, with confidence in room setups, changeovers, and guest liaison.
- Front Office experience would be a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to operational needs or guest concerns.
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
