E-Billing Assistant – Belfast/Hybrid – Permanent

Duties:
· Upload eBills to eBilling portals
· Handle eBilling queries promptly and professionally
· Manage and resubmit rejected invoices
· Update vendor sites
· Submit accruals, reports, and budgets to client portals
· Monitor and manage eBilling inbox
· Support ad hoc requests
Criteria:
· Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
· Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
· Previous experience in a finance function and/or a legal environment (Advantageous)
· Ability to work as part of a team
