Purpose of this role:
A prominent Client based in North County Dublin are are seeking a highly organised and dynamic individual to join their team as an EA to their Director. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support, assisting with daily tasks, scheduling, and ensuring smooth operations. The EA will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, managing priorities, and contributing to the overall success of the individual they support.

Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings. Prioritize and organize daily activities to optimize time management.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication. Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence as needed.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare travel documents and ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Maintain and update records, databases, and contact lists.
- Task Prioritization: Assess and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions. Attend meetings as required, taking notes, and ensuring action items are documented.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges independently and seek solutions to issues as they arise. Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative.
Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- MS Office - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- Salesforce – CRM client management software experience desired
- Diary / Inbox Management experience
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow through on all issues.
- An organised individual who can work own initiative and strong administrative capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer presence - excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule for self and work within agreed timescales.
- Excellent attention to detail as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
