The EMEA Payroll Coordinator will report to and work closely with the EMEA Finance Manager in partnership with outsourced payroll bureaus; providing a dedicated payroll service across the region, including the provision of information to outsourced providers.
Duties will include:
- Provide help and support to the EMEA Finance Manager in the timely and accurate processing of all EMEA payroll
- Liaise with external payroll bureaus across EMEA
- Preparation of monthly payroll bureau submissions
- Assisting with the timely and accurate payment of net salaries, payroll taxes and related benefits
- Some involvement with annual returns and other statutory filings as they relate to payroll, payroll taxes and benefits
- Preparation of monthly payroll journals, holiday calculations, payments on account and severance and appropriate and accurate reconciliation of payroll associated accounts
- Liaise with EMEA Human Resources, Global Commissions Group and Global Shareholder Services departments to obtain monthly updates to payroll in a timely manner
- Recording & accrual of EMEA holidays
- Experience in Irish and International Payroll
- High level of excel
- Be able to start very quickly
