Enterprise Sales Executive
Cpl Recruitment are partnering with a fast-growing technology company to hire an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive enterprise revenue growth. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, leading complex sales cycles, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across large organisations. It offers the opportunity to join a scaling business and play a key role in shaping the company’s enterprise sales strategy.
This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for driving high-value enterprise deals from initial engagement through to close. The successful candidate will lead strategic sales conversations, identify business value for customers, and collaborate closely with technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
You will play a key role in building a predictable sales pipeline, guiding enterprise customers through complex evaluations, and supporting the company’s continued expansion into new markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to contract close
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position solutions effectively
- Lead customer discovery, demonstrations, and solution discussions in partnership with technical teams
- Run structured sales processes including evaluations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts
- Build long-term relationships with key decision makers across target accounts
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to support customer success and product feedback
Requirements
- 8+ Years proven experience in enterprise sales with responsibility for high-value deals
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets across EMEA
- Experience working within a start-up environment essential
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to generate new business opportunities through outbound activity and networking
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience selling technology or data-driven solutions into enterprise environments preferred
- Must live within a commutable distance to Dublin and have a minimum stamp 4 Visa.
