Executive Assistant to CEO
On behalf of my client based in Dublin City Centre. I am currently recruiting for an experienced EA to join the team.
This role is office based working part time hours - 21 hours a week.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diary Management/ travel arrangement
- Email Management
- Event planning and Administration
- Supporting the wider team with any internal administration requests
- Producing monthly reports
- Expenses
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing presentations
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a PA/EA role essential
- Excellent communication skills are essential for this role
- Articulate, flexible and down to earth nature
- Corporately presented with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work calmly under pressure
- Ability to learn quickly and prioritise workload is essential for this role.
