The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Field Sales Representative to join the expanding team in West Cork. You’ll manage and grow your territory, build strong relationships with existing customers, and actively seek new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of customers across your assigned region
- Identify and win new business within key industry sectors
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of professional-grade products and solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity
- Promote digital tools and online solutions to enhance customer experience
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in field-based sales, ideally in trade, industrial, or technical environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel daily within West Cork
- Background in construction, engineering, automotive, or maintenance is an advantage
