Finance Manager - Belfast - £50,000
Cpl NI are working with a new and exciting business based in Belfast City Centre. They are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and risk management.

Duties:
· Develop and maintain financial policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
· Lead budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and internal controls.
· Work with departments to drive cost efficiencies and maximise profitability.
· Deliver accurate monthly accounts, P&L, balance sheets, and cashflows.
· Coordinate weekly reports including payroll stats and revenue forecasts.
· Oversee audits, VAT, and payroll tax compliance.
· Lead, mentor, and develop the hotel’s finance team.
Criteria:
· 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
· Experience working in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
· Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, and accounting software
