Senior Financial Adviser (QFA)
About the Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Adviser (QFA) to join their team. This is a field sales role based in Dublin 18, with travel required across parts of Leinster.
The successful candidate will manage an existing portfolio of clients while also driving business development and growth. This position offers the opportunity to work with high-value clients, delivering tailored financial solutions and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert financial advice to new and existing clients
Manage and grow an established client portfolio
Develop new business opportunities through various channel
Deliver financial solutions in areas such as wealth management, pensions, and protection
Represent the business as a trusted adviser in the marketplace
Meet agreed sales targets and contribute to team goals
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Candidate Profile
Fully QFA qualified (minimum requirement)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial advisory services
Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and associated tax/regulatory requirements
Ability to grow and manage client relationships effectively
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong organisational and planning capabilities
High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of MiFID regulations and the Consumer Protection Code 2012
Full driver’s licence required
