My client in Dublin 7 is seeking a Front of House Assistants to join their team on a temporary part time basis. The rate of pay is €19 per hour. Training will take place for one hour on 17 April and the assignment will run from 18 April until 14 June. Multiple shifts are available including 4 hour morning shifts on weekdays, afternoon shifts and weekend shifts. This role is fully onsite for the duration of the assignment.
Key duties include
• Greeting visitors and providing information and guidance
• Monitoring the space and ensuring all activity runs smoothly
• Counting and recording daily visitor numbers
• Liaising with onsite teams for any technical or operational needs
• Switching equipment on and off each day
• Liaising with OPW security staff
• Providing lunch cover when required
Experience required
• Friendly and welcoming manner when meeting visitors
• Customer service experience
• Experience with accurate record keeping
