Job Title: Order Picker
Our client based in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 is a fast-paced logistics company specializing in homeware, garden products, and the clothing departments of retail stores. The warehouse operates seven days a week, from Sunday to Saturday.
Candidates must be flexible in relation to shift pattern:
Shift pattern open roles:
- Morning Shift – 06:00 – 14:00 (Flexible start time 6am, 7am, to 14:00pm)
- Afternoon – 14:00 – 22:00
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse duties across various departments, including the use of a voice-picking system
- Accurately and efficiently pick and check stock prior to dispatch to retail stores
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
- Support the overall efficiency of warehouse operations, including maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and general housekeeping standards across the site.
Job Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience and familiarity with voice-picking systems are beneficial but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- A valid Manual Handling Certificate is desirable, though not mandatory.
- Flexibility with working hours is required
Hours:
- 5 days working, including weekends.
- Hours Vary
- Full time hours available
Pay:
- Day shift is 13.90€ per hour (with an opportunity for pay rate to be increased to € 14.95/h after 6 weeks of training)
- Sunday shift 20.85€ /h (after 6 weeks of training 22.42€ /h)
