As the business continues to scale across Europe, we are hiring a German-speaking Account Executive to play a key role in building and growing the DACH region, with a strong focus on Germany.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive awareness and demand for a leading cybersecurity automation platform across Germany and the wider DACH region.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, negotiation, and close.
- Clearly articulate the business and technical value of automation to security and IT stakeholders.
- Manage and close complex opportunities across enterprise, mid-market, and public sector customers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers to support technical discussions and demonstrations.
- Work with channel partners and technology alliances to expand reach and accelerate deals.
- Identify and develop new use cases that help customers improve efficiency and strengthen security posture.
- Build and execute a territory and account plan focused on new logo acquisition and long-term growth.
- Provide structured feedback to product and go-to-market teams based on customer and market insights.
- Represent company values of speed, simplicity, and sound decision-making in everything you do.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, automation, or technical B2B software.
- Proven success selling to enterprise and mid-market customers in the DACH region.
- Experience engaging with technical and executive stakeholders (CIO, CISO, IT Directors, Security Leaders).
- Strong outbound prospecting capability alongside effective management of inbound opportunities.
- Experience building or scaling a territory, vertical, or new market.
- Familiarity with DACH-based channel partners or technology ecosystems is a strong plus.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Comfortable navigating complex procurement, compliance, and security discussions.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Curious, coachable, and motivated by learning and continuous improvement.
