Sales Manager – Digital Advertising -German Speaking
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing inside sales team in a fast-paced digital advertising environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced Sales Manager or a strong Team Lead ready to step up into a manager role.
The Role
- Lead, coach, and motivate a multilingual sales team
- Drive revenue through KPI ownership, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Own team performance: 1:1s, call coaching, feedback, and development plans
- Identify performance gaps and improve processes and workflows
- Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent
- Act as an escalation point for client or operational issues
- Ensure SLAs, quality, and performance targets are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results
Requirements
- Experience leading or mentoring a sales team (Team Lead or Manager level)
- Background in digital advertising, online marketing, or tech sales
- Strong coaching, people management, and performance skills
- Comfortable working with KPIs, CRM tools, and sales metrics
- Hands-on, data-driven, and used to fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
