Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid)
Salary: €40,000–€60,000 base + 5% annual bonus + equity + full Irish benefits
The company is building a brand-new Customer Support team (Product Experts) in Dublin, and they're looking for German-fluent Customer Support Specialists who thrive in fast-paced SaaS environments and care deeply about customer success.
This is not entry-level support. You’ll be supporting scaling EMEA businesses, handling complex product and technical queries, and acting as a trusted partner to company's customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Become a product expert on the company's platform and its ecosystem
- Provide high-quality support via email and live chat to German-speaking customers across EMEA
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and SaaS-related issues, including escalations
- Support customers with non-technical questions (marketing strategy, e-commerce setup, sales workflows)
- Diagnose problems using established processes and document solutions thoroughly
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows and work more efficiently
What they’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
- Fluent German and English – written and spoken
- 1+ years’ experience in a customer-facing SaaS or software support role
- Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues via email and live chat
- Excellent written communication: clear, empathetic, and structured
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven support environment
- Curious and proactive mindset, with hands-on interest in AI tools and workflows
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (9–5 standard, with occasional 8–4 or 10–6)
Nice to Have
- Experience with APIs, integrations, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or networking basics (DNS, IPs)
- Background in MarTech, e-commerce platforms, or email deliverability
- Familiarity with Zendesk, G-Suite, or similar tools
