Job Title: Associate – Loan Administrator
Location: Dublin - Onsite 5 days a week during probation.
Overview:
The Loan Administration team is responsible for managing commercial real estate loans, acting as the primary link between borrowers and lenders. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely loan management, notice production, and cash operations while supporting the Asset Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
- Calculate and verify interest, principal, and fee amounts.
- Prepare and issue notices to borrowers and lenders.
- Onboard new loans and update existing ones in the administration system.
- Assist with borrower bank account setup and KYC documentation.
- Create and authorise payments across online platforms.
- Support loan-level reporting and audit confirmations.
- Reconcile cash and fee accounts accurately and efficiently.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong analytical and Excel skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, or banking systems is an advantage.
- University degree required; additional European language desirable.
