Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of four sales professionals to deliver strong results across both print and digital channels.
- Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and drive accountability within the team.
- Host regular meetings to review progress, share insights, and keep the team motivated.
- Manage your own client portfolio, consistently meeting and exceeding personal sales targets.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Design and sell tailored advertising packages that integrate print, online, and social media offerings.
- Prepare proposals and deliver compelling pitches to clients and partners.
- Contribute to achieving overall revenue objectives and ensuring the publication meets circulation and sales targets.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of three years’ experience in sales, ideally within media, publishing, or advertising.
- Strong understanding of both traditional print and digital advertising, with a confident, tech-savvy approach.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable working to ambitious targets.
- Full, clean driving licence and access to your own car are required.
