Main Responsibilities:
- Investigate & Resolve: Handle reported issues, from account support requests to potentially abusive content, via our ticketing system.
- Enforce Standards: Monitor and enforce our clientâs Terms of Use, ensuring a safe and respectful community.
- Stay Informed: Become well-versed in our clientâs products and community standards.
- Market Insights: Use your knowledge to find scalable solutions for our user community.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyse relevant data to enhance the overall user experience.
- Trendspotting: Recognise trends and escalate issues beyond policy guidelines to our global team.
- Efficiency: Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Skills & Competences:
- Resilience: Operate effectively in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy.
- Adaptability: Positively approach challenges with flexibility.
- Decision-Making: Prioritise, solve problems, and work collaboratively.
- Time Management: Manage and prioritise tasks to consistently meet KPIs.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in Hebrew with an understanding of regional culture and trends.
- Proficiency in English (B2-C2).
Compensation:
- Competitive package.
- Fixed shifts: Day 9-5.30 OR Eve. 6-2am
- Evening shift: 25% salary uplift for late hours (10pm to 2am) (T&Cs)
- Evening shift: âŹ12 per day (before tax) travel allowance. (T&Cs)
