As Home Care Manager, the successful candidates will work closely with senior management and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a homecare region, ensuring the provision of high quality, compassionate and personalised care to clients in their own homes. This will include supervising and supporting a team of caregivers, maintaining regulatory compliance, co-ordinating client care plans and ensuring the overall smooth functioning of the service. To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:
- Ideally, bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social care/work, or related field.
- Ideally the candidate will be highly organised and possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written for the purposes of people management and Tender/SLA submissions.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to providing high-quality care.
- In-depth knowledge of homecare regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent analysis and decision making skills.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a busy dynamic environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Full drivers license and access to own transport.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
