HR Administrator - Permanent - South Dublin (Fully onsite)
Seeking a HR Administrator to join an organisation based in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years Admin experience and a qualification in HR.
Responsibilities:
· Step in for the HR Manager when they are away
· Help the HR Manager with daily tasks
· Support recruitment by posting jobs, reviewing CVs, arranging interviews, and giving feedback
· Handle new employee setup paperwork, background checks, and system access
· Work with managers to organise staff training
· Help with company-wide HR projects like updating policies and reviewing documents
· Support managers with staff issues (e.g. absences, complaints, or disciplinary matters)
· Take part in projects to improve staff wellbeing and engagement
· Keep employee records up to date and help retrieve files when needed
· Create HR reports (e.g. on sick leave, recruitment, staff issues)
· Assist staff with forms and documents (e.g. social welfare, visas, passports)
· Visit teams every two months to stay connected and provide HR support
· Suggest ways to improve how HR tasks and processes are done
Requirements:
· HR degree or similar qualification (CIPD membership also accepted)
· 1-2 years of admin experience, ideally in HR
· Well organised and good attention to detail
· Experience in recruitment is a bonus
· Strong people and communication skills
· Able to handle private or sensitive information
· Comfortable using HR systems and creating reports
· Full, clean driving licence
· Experience with onboarding, training, or audits is a plus
