Cpl Recruitment are currently looking for a HR Administrator for a 6- 8 week temp contract. The role will be fully remote and must have 1 year HR Administrator experience.
· Processing security clearances e.g. Garda Vetting
· Verifying new starter documentation including identification and certification where applicable
· Create and maintain new employee records on the HR Information System
· Preparation of weekly KPI information for the management team on all aspects of HR performance
· Updating contracts and contract changes for all employees
· Maintaining employee records and database on the HR information system, updating starter and leaver information as well as employee changes
· Updating annual leave for part time employees as needed
Requirements
· Essential - CIPD accredited qualification completed or partly completed
· Minimum 1 + years of experience in HR administration of the full employment cycle including contracts of employment, system administration and HR reporting
