CPL Recruitment are looking for a Permanent HR Administrator to join an organisation in Dublin 4. You must have 1 Year HR Experience
Responsibilities:
· Maintain HR information ensuring all employee data is recorded accurately on the HRIS systems
· Maintain and also create corresponding hard copy for all active staff as well as all leavers
· Responsible for the management of the Recruitment and onboarding lifecycle
· Issue monthly reports to People Managers such as Clock Adjustments and inaccurate absence recording.
· Raise purchase orders when required
· Support the delivery of accurate weekly clocking in reports to make sure payroll deadlines are adhered to.
· Liaise with training providers to secure Mandatory training for all outdoor staff in line with work legislation.
· Identify process improvement opportunities and work collaboratively with the HR Business Partner to maximise HR department efficiencies.
Requirements:
· 2+ years HR administrator experience
· Previous HR experience in payroll and recruitment administration
· Knowledge of Human Resources principles, processes, and procedures
