Cpl has an urgent requirement for a Clerical Officer (Grade IV) to provide administration support to a busy HR Department within the public sector.
- Duration: 3 month initial contract with view to extend
- Pay rate: €19.84 hour
- Hours: 17.5hrs
- Immediate availability
- This is a site-based role (no remote working)
What you will be doing:
- Managing phones/email
- Inputting and maintaining data on an Excel database
- Filing, scanning, photocopying
- Support the HR department
- Training & Compliance Systems
- Providing project support – following up with regional offices for information
- Typing up reports
Experience:
- 6+ months of professional administrative experience
- HR background (experience/education)
- Good typing ability
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
