This role involves partnering with senior leaders, driving engagement and talent strategies, and managing complex employee relations. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years HRBP experience with Irish employment law, strong stakeholder management skills, and a background in manufacturing or pharma.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Partner with business leaders to foster a high-performance, values-driven culture
- Support organisational change initiatives and their people impacts
- Coach leaders through complex employee relations matters
- Contribute to HR projects aligned with strategic priorities
- Provide HR analytics and process support to site leadership
- Drive initiatives
Skills and requirements:
- Degree in HR or related field (CIPD desirable)
- Knowledge of Irish/European employment law
- Strong communication, coaching, and project management skills
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data analytics a plus
