The Role:
Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Permanent HR BP in a Larger Healthcare Organisation that will work closely with senior leaders and operational managers to drive the people agenda, deliver HR initiatives, and support workforce engagement.
The successful candidate must be both a strategic thinker and a trusted advisor, capable of delivering practical HR solutions while fostering a positive culture aligned with the organisation’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with organisational goals.
- Provide expert advice across the full HR spectrum including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, organisational development, and change management.
- Support the implementation of HR projects and people initiatives such as workforce planning, engagement strategies, and wellbeing programmes.
- Lead and support Industrial Relations and employee relations cases ensuring compliance with Irish employment law and best practice.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, influence decision-making, and support continuous improvement.
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the organisation.
- Support HR policy development and ensure consistent application across sites.
About You:
- Proven business partner experience in a healthcare organisation or similar
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about creating inclusive, supportive workplace cultures.
- Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically.
Desirable:
- HR qualification or equivalent.
- 5 years HR Experience
