Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced Senior Generalist or HRBPs who are interested in joining a high-performing, fast-paced professional services environment where you’ll partner closely with senior leaders to shape people strategy and deliver real impact. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on a broad, strategic and operational role with strong autonomy and visibility. The role will be based in Dublin city 3 to 4 days per week working on a hybrid model for a 12 month contract with a high possibility for the role to be made permanent.
Role and responsibilities will include:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, performance, and change.
- Provide expert guidance on Irish employment legislation and lead on complex ER matters.
- Drive HR initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent, engagement, and retention.
- Develop & enhance HR policies and support culture, wellbeing, and DE&I initiatives.
- Use HR data and insights to inform decisions and continuous improvement.
Experience and skills required:
- 5+ years’ experience in HR Generalist/HRBP roles.
- Strong ER expertise with deep knowledge of Irish employment law.
- Experience in financial services or professional services
- Skilled at coaching, influencing, and building strong relationships.
- Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.
- Passionate about people, culture, and delivering high-quality HR support.
