Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with an organised and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to support a wide range of day‑to‑day HR activities for a global company for their Irish sites. This is a great role for someone early in their HR career who wants to gain broad experience and be involved in all parts of the employee lifecycle. The role requires a fully onsite presence in North Dublin.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Handle pre-employment checks (right to work, references, medicals).
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and new starter packs.
- Coordinate induction and onboarding for new employees.
- Maintain accurate HR files and ensure systems are kept updated.
- Support changes such as new starters, transfers, and leavers.
- Assist with probation tracking and related documentation.
- Support weekly and monthly payroll admin.
- Help manage employee benefits and respond to queries.
- Assist with absence tracking and return‑to‑work paperwork.
- Provide admin support for basic HR procedures and investigations.
- Help with training sessions, engagement activities, and events.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
Skills and experience required:
- CIPD would be ideal
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Experience in Irish employment law is essential
- Someone organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Own transport is required.
