CPL Recruitment are looking for a HR Officer with for a 12-month temporary contract with a healthcare organisation, in south Dublin city centre, working fully onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of an effective HR service, through the development and implementation of HR best practice in all aspects of the function.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Involvement in various strategic and operational HR projects and initiatives.
· Coach and advise management on relevant employment legislation, discipline and grievance processes, and absence management
· Manage key HR systems and run reporting as necessary
· Manage processes for the department such as queries related to payroll, sick leave, bike to work, tax saver and commuter tickets
· Resolve HR queries, compliant with HR policies and procedures
· Conduct full lifecycle recruitment campaigns, participate in interview panels as required.
· For successful candidates, issue contracts and set up on payroll systems
· Provide advice and support to various department, ensuring training needs are met and process are followed
· Ensure that HR processes and procedures operate in accordance with legislative requirements.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· 3 years’ experience in a similar HR position, HR Generalist level
· HR Degree/ CIPD Qualification
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Public sector/healthcare experience, highly desirable
· HRIS experience
