Our multinational pharma client in South Dublin has an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist to join their team on a 13-month contract. They are seeking someone with strong HR Generalist experience, with past experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment, supporting multiple stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED:
· Support HR projects and HR operations across various sites in Ireland.
· Update and maintain HR systems, tools, and policies to ensure accessibility and ease of use.
· Assist with onboarding processes, employee engagement events, and internal HR programmes.
· Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to provide support to managers and employees.
· Assist in the management of occupational health cases, global mobility processes, and HR reporting activities.
· Participate in HR initiatives and represent HR function.
· Provide HR support, responding to any HR related queries
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· 3+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist role, preferably within a multinational or pharmaceutical environment.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (CIPD qualification or a relevant Master’s degree is an advantage).
· Solid knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
