Our semi-state client in Dublin city centre have an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist, for a 3 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting management and staff on all HR related matters including contracts, performance management, resource management, employee relations and recruitment.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED:
- Coach and advise managers on any ER related issues
- Management of performance management processes
- Support recruitment processes
- Provide advice on reward related queries
- HR reporting and analysis
- Responsible for answering employee queries, providing timely advice and supporting on HR processes
- Responsible for onboarding of new joiners, movers and leavers
- Ensuring compliance with data management in the HR System, ensuring accuracy.
- Processing of payroll inputs and interactions with the payroll team
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 3+ years’ HR Generalist experience
- HR or related qualification
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience of MS Word & Excel and HRIS
- A good working knowledge of Irish Employment Law
