Our Technology client in South Dublin has an exciting requirement for a HRIS Specialist (Sage experience essential) for a 2-Month Contract. Flexible hybrid working on offer. The successful candidate will be focused on enhancing the Sage HR system for the duration of the contract, to support improvements with performance management, automating the employee lifecycle automation, and HR analytics support
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Support the launch of performance review and goal-setting modules within Sage HRIS
· Configure existing HRIS functions and ensure alignment with business needs
· Implement automation across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
· Recommend system-driven improvements within Sage, to reduce manual workload
· Ensure data accuracy and system integrity across workflows
· Refresh and create new HR dashboards and ensure data accuracy
· Develop and pull reports on HR metrics
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· 2+ HRIS Analyst experience
· Hands-on experience with Sage HRIS (required)
· Experience building HR dashboards, analytics, and reports
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
