Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a large client with the hiring of a HRIS Manager to lead the implementation, optimisation, and governance of HR systems across a growing international organisation. This role reports to the Head of People and is key to driving digital HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimise HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) across multiple regions.
- Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure system governance and compliance.
- Redesign HR processes for automation and efficiency.
- Manage data integrity, reporting, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions.
- Deliver training and champion system adoption.
- Lead HRIS projects including upgrades and integrations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in HRIS/HR Technology roles, ideally in multi-site environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or similar).
- Strong HR process knowledge and data/reporting expertise.
- Proven project/change management skills.
- Degree in HR, Business, or IT; CIPD membership a plus.
