Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and support HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with HR processes.
- Deliver monthly headcount and HR metrics reporting.
- Provide user support and training across the organisation.
- Manage system permissions and troubleshoot access issues.
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to align data and processes.
- Support the implementation of a new HR system.
Experience and skills required:
- Proven experience in a HRIS role, with strong knowledge of HR systems.
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret and present data.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
- Experience in HR system implementation is a plus.
