As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the entire sales cycle—helping them find the right solutions, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales team to engage existing customers and qualified leads, from initial contact to closing deals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including end-users, management, and procurement teams.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by researching potential accounts and building rapport.
Provide technical guidance on products, helping customers make informed decisions.
Create and present quotes, proposals, and sales materials tailored to customer needs.
Stay ahead of the competition by analysing market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

Native German speaker with excellent English skills.
Bachelor's degree in Biological Science, Chemistry, or a related field. Sales experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or industrial solutions is a plus.
Dynamic, personable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
