Internal Communications Executive (12-Month Contract)
Dublin 2 – Hybrid (3 days onsite)
CPL are partnering with a global Technology Company to recruit an Internal Communications Executive to support their internal engagement and impact-focused initiatives. This is a full-time contract role for someone who enjoys content creation, organisation, and working across multiple channels in a busy environment.
The role will support internal communications linked to sustainability, innovation, employee programmes, and business-wide initiatives — helping to keep employees informed, engaged, and inspired.
Day to Day:
- Writing and publishing internal communications across intranet, email, and collaboration platforms
- Supporting a monthly internal newsletter (content gathering, writing, basic layout, scheduling)
- Creating internal blog posts and campaign content
- Ensuring consistent tone and messaging
- Managing a content calendar
- Organising communications materials for easy access
- Supporting review processes and deadlines
- Working with stakeholders to gather content
- Tracking engagement metrics (opens, clicks, views)
- Using insights to improve communications
Requirments:
- 2 years+ experience in internal communications, content, or a related area
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Experience creating content across digital channels
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in sustainability or impact work
- Basic visual/content editing skills
