Our client, a leading international financial payments company in Frankfurt, is seeking talented, sales-oriented professionals. Whether you are an experienced salesperson or have a passion for finance and client management, they have three exciting roles available:
1. Inside Sales Agent
Responsibilities:
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with Account Managers.
 - Build trusted relationships with clients to execute sales and exceed portfolio goals.
 - Handle incoming leads and secure new business to increase revenue.
 - Track and update activities, particularly cross-sell and upsell, using Salesforce CRM.
 
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English.
 - High school diploma or equivalent, with previous sales experience.
 - Telephone sales experience (Telesales Agent or equivalent).
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team.
 
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary €50,000 + up to €16,000 performance bonus

2. Telesales Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
 - Proactively acquire new clients and provide offers and contracts related to credit card acceptance.
 - Follow up on contract submissions and ensure timely activation of merchant accounts.
 - Conduct follow-up calls and prepare statistical reports.
 - Perform all necessary administrative tasks.
 
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent.
 - Fluent in German (native) and English (fluent).
 - Sales and customer service experience.

3. Customer Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive support to a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients via phone and email.
 - Maintain accounts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
 - Sell a full range of merchant processing products and services.
 - Act as escalation point for internal and external client issues.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
 - 0–2 years of client management experience.
 - Fluent in German and English.
 - Some sales or client-facing experience.
