KYC Onboarding Analyst vacancy in a Global Financial Services firm based in Dublin City Centre. There is a very flexible hybrid working model on offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting the operation of completing KYC Onboarding/Periodic.
- Validate information/documentation collected for completeness, adequacy and accuracy.
- Ensure documentation is fit for purpose and in-line with internal and external requirements. Information will primarily be in relation to registration, regulation, management, ownership and KYB
- Investigate and assess matches for Negative News and Politically Exposed Persons. Determine materiality and prepare detailed rationale for sign-off when required.
- Escalate any issues arising during the On-boarding/Periodic Reviews processes to the Team Leader, and act in accordance with their further instructions
Role Requirements
- Solid understanding of KYC processes
- Previous experience in a Global Financial Institution.
- Onboarding experience is essential.
Ideal candidate will have 3+ years KYC or AML experience.
