Role Overview
Our client is hiring an experienced Project Manager to manage domestic retrofit projects under the SEAI Scheme. In this role, you will manage retrofit works from survey handover through to final completion, ensuring each project is delivered safely, compliantly, and to SEAI standards while maintaining an excellent homeowner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee domestic retrofit projects from initial handover to close-out.
- Coordinate multi-trade activities including insulation, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, and enabling works.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Schedule subcontractors and manage onsite activities to meet programme timelines.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety requirements and SEAI guidelines.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain all documentation and photographic records.
- Manage variations, project close-out activities, and SEAI payment submissions.
- Support aftercare and address audit reworks where necessary.

- Qualification or relevant training in construction, engineering, or project management.
- Proven experience managing construction or retrofit projects.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work confidently with homeowners and subcontractors.
- Competent with IT systems and digital tools.
