CPL Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with our client for a Landowner Relations Advisor on a 3-year fixed-term basis, based in Belfast with a salary up to £34,000 per year.

The role:
With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Landowner Relations Advisor will:
- Play a key role in building and maintaining trusted relationships with landowners and communities throughout the life cycle of a grid project.
- Help shape sustainable energy solutions while developing expertise in land rights and stakeholder engagement.
- Be a trusted point of contact for landowners and communities, ensuring clear communication and support throughout projects.
- Be involved in land referencing; including finding owners and occupiers of land.
- Work closely with colleagues to secure land rights for major infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland.
- Organise and attend site visits, meetings, and consultations with landowners and other stakeholders.
The person:
- 1-year minimum experience in a customer facing role or relationship building role.
- Knowledge and understanding of agriculture and rural affairs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and organised.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and map reading.
- Full clean driving license and ability to travel to sites.

- Salary up to £34,000 per year.
