Cpl are supporting a leading global company in their search for a Business Operations Manager. We are looking to hire a highly driven individual who is technically skilled and experienced in analysing business and operational performance. This is an individual contributor role which will work alongside the senior leadership to put actions in place to drive business performance.
Role:
- Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Monitoring and reporting on operational performance metrics using a range of analytical techniques
- Data analysis to understand process performance
- Presenting insights to Senior management
- Implementing new processes to increase efficiency
Skills:
- 8+ years in similar role is 100% essential
- Experience in Business Performance analytics
- Experienced in Process Improvement
- Highly skilled in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
- Strong in delivering results to stakeholders
- Technical expertise with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
