Responsibilities...
- Complete inspection of works on cable install, termination and glanding
- Maintain inspection records of works using bespoke company APP
- Liaise with Client / Electrical contractor on submission of Quality Assurance Inspection records
- Close out queries on equipment with the team and Client which may impact on progress
- Work with the Quality Assurance and Construction team to implement corrective and preventative actions
- Work with the construction team to communicate best practices and mock-ups to ensure consistent quality is achieved
- Assist in completion of monthly Quality Assurance audits and toolbox talks as required
- Manage email and telephone communications as required
- Ensure that Quality Assurance activities are tracked to completion to achieve project deadlines
The Person...
- Qualified Electrician
- 3+ years experience working in a similar role
- Self-motivated to ensure that project deadlines are achieved
- Ability to work in a fast paced and at times pressurised environment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings
- Ability to support, manage, lead and enthuse others
