Our Client, a Large global investment firm, are hiring for the position of Lead Penetration Tester to head up their team here in Dublin to Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of penetration testers and lead testing efforts on the clients web and mobile applications and supporting systems.
Role:
- Replicate the actual techniques and tools used by malicious attackers in an effort to model potential external threats.
- Define and implement playbooks to drive continuous improvement across the penetration testing and red team
- Stay current on security best practices and vulnerabilities.
- Contribute to management direction and strategy
- Foster a collaborative team-oriented environment across the global sites that results in high-quality, consistent and efficient work produced.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with common penetration testing and vulnerability assessment tools such as nmap, Wireshark, Nessus, NeXpose, Kali, Metasploit, AppScan, WebInspect, Burp Suite Professional, Acunetix, Arachni, w3af, NTOSpider
- Be able to manage a dynamic workload shifting priorities as business need evolves
- Ability to demonstrate complex manual testing experience including all of OWASP's Top 10
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the desire to assist others in solving issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to communicate threats and facilitate progress toward long-term remediation
