Lean Practitioner
We are seeking a Lean Practitioner to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. You’ll play a key role in boosting efficiency, reducing waste, improving quality, and enhancing safety through Lean tools and methodologies.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement projects
- Eliminate waste and streamline processes using Lean principles
- Coach and train teams in problem-solving and Lean practices
- Partner with operations to sustain improvements through visual management and KPIs
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all levels
What we’re looking for:
- Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
- Proven manufacturing experience with strong Lean implementation background
- Lean Practitioner qualification (Black Belt preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Skilled in Lean tools (6S, VSM, Kanban, PDCA, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication abilities
