Infrastructure Operations Engineer – Highlights

Role

Maintain and support high-availability cloud/on-prem infrastructure.
Work mainly with Linux, plus some Windows.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and administer production systems (GCP/AWS/Azure).
Handle incidents, root cause analysis, patching, and maintenance.
Execute compliant changes, upgrades, and deployments.
Collaborate with engineering on new tech and improvements.
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Skills

Strong Linux admin experience; cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
Infra-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Troubleshooting, monitoring, lifecycle management.
Bonus: scripting, Kubernetes/Docker, Git/Jenkins, ITIL/PCI experience.
