MARKET LAUNCH MANAGER - FRENCH / GERMAN
LinkedIn’s mission is to connect the world’s professionals and make them more productive and successful. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Market Launch Manager to lead the country go-to-market launch of LinkedIn Hiring Assistant (LIHA) across France or Germany.
This is a high-impact role within LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions business, one of our largest and fastest-growing segments. You’ll own the local launch strategy, bring global campaigns to life in-market, and work cross-functionally to drive awareness, adoption, and commercial impact.
What you’ll do
- Lead the country go-to-market strategy and launch for LinkedIn Hiring Assistant
- Execute and optimise multi-channel marketing programmes tailored to local market needs
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and external partners
- Manage influencer and channel partner marketing in-market
- Track performance, measure ROI, and report impact to senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- 5–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with strong GTM and campaign management expertise (tech/SaaS preferred)
- Native or near-native French or German, plus strong English
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional programmes in a matrix, international environment
- Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in HR tech, L&D, or enterprise SaaS (nice to have)
- Event and integrated marketing experience (nice to have)
