Hours: Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends

Cpl Healthcare is partnering with a highly respected multinational employer to recruit a full-time Occupational Health Nurse. This is a fantastic opportunity for an RGN with Occupational Health experience who wants a predictable schedule, a professional working environment, and the stability of a permanent role.
The successful candidate will lead health promotion, safety initiatives and ensure proactive case management within the organisation, thus ensuring staff stay healthy, safe and supported at work. You’ll work onsite with a well-established corporate client who values employee health and recognises the importance of an experienced OH professional, working independently day-to-day while still having access to guidance and expertise.
To be considered for the role, the following selection criteria will apply:
- RGN with active NMBI registration
- Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health
- Experience as an Occupational Health Nurse (corporate/industrial/manufacturing an advantage)
- Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work confidently and independently in a corporate setting
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
