Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Office Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role will provide essential administrative support across finance, payroll, and general office operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and accurately. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor and respond to emails, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where required
- Support Accounts team by processing supplier invoices
- Assist Payroll by preparing, compiling, and running reports
- Coordinate fleet administration, including booking vehicle servicing, maintenance, and related arrangements
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required
- Maintain accurate filing systems, including scanning, organising, and archiving documents
- Support ad-hoc administrative and office coordination tasks to ensure operational continuity
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an office administration or coordination role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner and strong written skills
- Comfortable working with financial and payroll-related data in a confidential manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
