Salary: £32,000-£35,000
About the Role:
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager / Accounts Assistant to join a busy office. This role combines admin, accounts, payroll, and compliance duties, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Daily office administration and customer support
· Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and reconciling ledgers
· Taking and processing customer orders, invoicing, and cash posting
· Payroll processing, pensions, and year-end tasks
· PAYE, VAT returns, and compliance with RTI & Making Tax Digital
· Bank reconciliations and creditor/debtor payments
Skills & Experience:
· Experience in office administration/management or accounts
· Strong numeracy and IT skills
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask
