Position Summary
The Operations Project Manager will lead key transformation programs focused on operational excellence, including global ERP implementation and process harmonisation across multiple regions. The role is essential in driving efficiency, standardisation, and digital readiness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate operations and supply chain project workstreams.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage dependencies.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, process owners, and system specialists.
- Manage risks, issues, and scope changes to ensure project success.
- Support testing, quality assurance, and change management activities.
- Promote adoption of new processes and systems across regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in large-scale transformation or ERP implementation.
- Strong knowledge of operations and supply chain processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (IFS Cloud or similar).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
Other Details
- Ability to lead through influence across functions and regions.
- International travel up to 30%.
