My client, an Engineering organisation in Littleisland is seeking an Order Administrator to join their Customer Orders Team and the wider business. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a complex environment with the chance to develop/progress within the business
Working hours: Mon - Thurs 09:00am - 5:00pm and Fri 09:00am to 4:00pm
Salary: DoE
Key responsibilities:
• Processing Fabrication Orders (generating paperwork for manufacturing & Invoicing purposes)
• Dealing with the customers in person and over the phone.
• Working as part of a team to achieve specific goals and targets.
Requirements:
• Self-Motivated.
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Dedicated.
• Team Player.
• Flexible.
• Technically minded with ability to read working drawings.
• Good PC Skills.
• Knowledge of Facades, windows & doors an advantage.
