Order Management 12 month contract Dublin City/hybrid
Role Overview
Lead and scale order management and billing operations within the Revenue Accounting team, driving process improvements, financial accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing tech company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage billing and order operations with accuracy and timeliness
- Resolve complex billing issues (contract changes, pricing, disputes)
- Lead UAT for product launches and advise on billing impacts
- Support month-end close (contracts, usage, invoicing, journal entries)
- Track metrics to inform decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, GTM, Engineering, etc.)
- Improve processes, systems, and customer experience
- Own RFPs and implementation of order management tools
- Ensure compliance, controls, audit readiness, and documentation
Requirements
- 7+ years in billing/order management (SaaS/tech), with review experience
- Experience with systems like Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, Zuora, etc.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
